TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - One man was killed in a shooting at a McDonald’s in Tucson late Monday, Nov. 10.

The Tucson Police Department said it happened near Grant and Silverbell around 10:30 p.m.

13 News’ J.D. Wallace was at the McDonald’s on Tuesday and saw obvious damage and crime scene tape still up more than 12 hours later.

A neighbor who did not want to go on camera told J.D. that she heard two shots and saw a young man, possibly in his teens, outside her window.

She said the man was distressed and crying, and saw him talk to another neighbor.

“I mean, it was muffled, and he was crying, but I heard him say ‘he just shot him,’ and then the neighbor asked him if he had weapons on him,” the woman said. “He was lifting up his shirt and showing him he wasn’t armed, and he was sca
