Silencing robocalls

To be clear, these methods don't stop robocalls. They just send them directly to voicemail without ever ringing your phone.

iPhone

For iPhone users:

Go to Settings on the home screen (the icon that looks like a gear).

Scroll down to apps, which is at the bottom. Select that.

Scroll down to "Phone." Select that.

Scroll down and look for the option that says "Silence Unknown Callers." Tap that.

On the next screen, toggle the "Silence Unknown Callers" button to green.

Android

For Android users:

Touch the Phone app on the home screen.

On the next screen, tap on "keypad" at the bottom.
