Over the past week, more than 900,000 items sold by popular online retailer, Amazon, have been recalled.
Product risks vary from death and choking hazards to suffocation and flash fires.

More than 800K+ Peletons recalled due to fall and injury hazards
More than 800,000 Peloton Original Series Bike+ Model PL02 units are being recalled for a fall and injury hazard.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall for 833,000 bikes sold online by several major retailers including Amazon, onepeloton.com, EBay and Dickssportinggoods.com between January 2020 through April 2025.
“The bike’s seat post assembly can break during use, posing fall and injury hazards to the user,” the recall warns .
