Pennsylvania Senator John Fetterman appeared on The View this morning and was asked about “giving in” to Republicans to vote for a path to re-open the government.

If you don’t know, 8 Senators who caucus with the Democrats voted for a pathway to re-open the government , voting alongside the GOP.

The View co-host Sunny Hostin said to him that “more Americans on both sides of the aisle” are “blaming Republicans.” Then, she said that Georgia Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene , also “blamed the GOP.”

She continued, “Why give in now? Why bring a butter knife to a gun fight? Are you willing to gamble that the GOP will negotiate in good faith once the government reopens, because if that gamble is wrong, half a million Pennsylvanians that you represent, their healthcare
