DULUTH, Minn. — Minnesotan House Speaker Lisa Demuth visited Duluth for her run for Governor.

Demuth and running mate Ryan Wilson went to four airports across Minnesota today.

The key points Demuth brought up were providing better support for education, businesses and industries.

She also emphasized her ability to work across the aisle and her desire to reduce animosity within the political sphere.

“One of the things that I’m committed to do is toning down the negative political rhetoric. That is something very important to me, that I lead by example, that we can disagree on policy, and we can fight for what’s right, but we do not have to be hateful toward each other, and that is something that I’ve committed to do.” said MN House Speaker Lisa Demuth
