Something about a Florida woman doing something crazy seems to make the entire country go crazy. When she is insanely hot, it certainly gets the juices flowing as well.

In October 2023, weeks before Halloween, a woman, seemingly wearing an all-black Catwoman outfit, was pulled over by Tampa police.

The footage below begins with the woman being eager to take a sobriety test, repeating what the officer instructs her to do.

The Florida woman then lifts her right leg and starts counting, beginning with “1,001, 1,002, 1,003.” She got all the way to 1,018 before the cop asked her to put her foot down and place her under arrest.
