A Warren Hills Regional High School alumna is scheduled to make an appearance on television to pitch her business to the sharks on Wednesday night.

Katelyn Sasto, Class of 2012, is making an appeal to the power brokers and investors on ABC’s Shark Tank to contribute to building her snack brand Tantos . The episode is scheduled to air 10 p.m. on ABC. It will also stream on Hulu.

Sasto created the snack food with help from her husband and chef Joe Sasto, who has previously appeared on Bravo’s Top Chef, and Food Network’s Tournament of Champions and Chopped.

Tantos takes its name from “Tanto Si,” an Italian expression that means “so much yes.” Inspired by the founders’ passion for pasta, the pasta snack comes in multiple flavors.
