These parts will be displayed in mid-January, together with a J. James photograph, which includes the square brick clock tower and clock, which was erected a year after Owen Sound became a city in 1920 to mark the occasion. Article content

Before the clock and clock tower, there had been a cupola with a fire bell and a dummy clock that always read 9:03, which was part of the old city hall, built in 1868-69, a report to council said.
