Warrington police are investigating an unusual incident that occurred Nov. 8.

They responded to a report that a man had been possibly shot inside a home. A 911 caller told authorities that a man was down in his garage in the 2200 block of Matt Way, with a firearm nearby, shortly after 6 p.m.

While on route to the call, police were told that another man had been involved in an argument with the alleged victim before leaving the area in a black sedan.

When officers arrived at the home, they found an open garage with a man, later identified as the 54-year-old homeowner, slumped forward on the floor with a handgun nearby.
