Sir Keir Starmer was accused of “extraordinary paranoia” on Tuesday night as his aides launched a briefing war against Health Secretary Wes Streeting over the Prime Minister’s future in Downing Street.
After an exclusive report in The i Paper revealed fresh plotting against Starmer , he is believed to be under threat from a leadership challenge by his backbenchers if the Budget later this month doesn’t shift public opinion.
