ASHEVILLE - This fall, Jazmin Pan Asian opened at 22 College St. downtown, owned by the same team behind the Indian cuisine restaurants, Andaaz and Laila .

For 20 years, Executive Chef Sreenivasan Govindarajan, also known as Chef Sheenu, resided in Delhi, India. He was an Executive Chef for the Radisson Hotel Group. Last summer, he relocated to Asheville to launch Jazmin with restaurateurs Vipul Bhasin and Raj Singh.
