BREWER, Maine (WABI) - Progress is underway on Benjamin’s Brewer, a veteran owned Restaurant & Pub on Acme Road. It’s a project five years in the making.

“The whole theme of the place, it’s named after Ben Franklin, just like Benjamin’s Pub on Franklin Street, but it’s going to be a veteran and first responder themed place,” says owner Richard Clark.

Richard and Mandy Clark have previously operated the long-standing Benjamin’s Restaurant & Pub in Bangor before selling it at the end of last year.

The new location, measuring 4,200 square ft, will promise various features such as home-made brews on tap as well as an expansive outdoor beer garden.
