As the community continues to process last week’s tragic UPS plane crash, mental health experts say the emotional impact could linger long after the physical recovery is over.
“I think normalizing it, talking about it is one way to process it and not necessarily avoid the emotion,” said Latoya Hall, a licensed professional clinical counselor.
