PASCO, Wash. – The City of Pasco held its annual Veterans Day ceremony at Volunteer Park, where the community came together to honor those who have served in the United States Armed Forces.
The event included patriotic music, a flag presentation, and the laying of a wreath. These elements were designed to honor the sacrifice and dedication of veterans both past and present.
Christopher Tucker, Sergeant at arms for American Legion Post 34, expressed his appreciation for the community’s support.
“Gotta say the Tri-Cities area is always on top and with their veterans. To see the community come out and celebrate with us because they know the job that we actually do,” said Tucker.
The city also emphasized the Wreaths Across America program at City View Cemetery, where more than 950 veterans
