A 200-unit apartment complex being planned along Red Arrow Highway in Lincoln Township has taken another step forward.

The Lincoln Township Board of Trustees on Tuesday approved a planned unit development site plan for Red Arrow Bluffs, to be located at the site of the former Snowflake Motel.

Abonmarche presented trustees with the plan, saying the development will include studio apartments all the way up to three-bedroom apartments, along with green space and a pool. A mound with some trees will also be added to the northern side of the property to prevent third story occupants from seeing into neighboring yards.
