LOUISVILLE, Ky. —
Last Tuesday, Sean Garber's business was destroyed after an aircraft leaving Louisville's airport crashed.
Garber is the owner and CEO of Grade A Recycling. He says three of his employees are dead.
“All I can do is think about all the contributions and all the hard work. And now I see rubble and I see catastrophe, and I see tragedy,” said Garber, “The buildings are no longer there. You can see landing gear. You can see wings.”
Garber said the human toll is immeasurable.
“Those employees came to work on Tuesday morning with the expectation of going home Tuesday evening and taking care of their families, and they’re not here anymore. And even the employees that are here, they don’t have a business to go to. So it’s very unsettling.”
