HALTOM CITY--- The Flower Mound volleyball team's season began against the defending national champions in Trophy Club Byron Nelson. Shortly after, they won the KSA Fall Classic in Orlando, Fla., and earned a place among the top teams in the state throughout a 22-match winning streak, earning a share of the District 5-6A co-championship.
As the Lady Jaguars' season began, so it came to a close against one of the top programs in the country, falling to Southlake Carroll in straight sets (25-22, 25-18, 25-20) at Wiley G. Thomas Jr. Coliseum in the Class 6A Division II regional finals Tuesday evening.
