The comedian, 44, deleted all her previous photos and added one new post on Tuesday, Nov. 11.

The new post featured the Trainwreck star showing off her latest look, the Valentino Red Silk-Wool Heart Mini Dress paired with Chanel shoes.

"I actually left my house tonight. Who’s proud?" she captioned the post. "I’m feeling good and happy. Deleted my old pics for no reason!"
