Motiejus Krivas scored a season-high 12 points for the Wildcats (3-0), and Jaden Bradley added 13 points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Krivas, who scored a total of 12 points in Arizona's victories over No. 3 Florida and Utah Tech, made 5 of 7 shots from the field and converted both of his free-throw attempts. He also had four blocked shots and seven rebounds.
Aristode shot 6 of 10 from the field, 6 of 9 from 3-point range.
Arizona's Tobe Awaka had 10 points and a team-high nine rebounds, and Koa Peat finished with 10 points and seven rebounds.
