The warm-up continues Wednesday, with winds staying breezy out of the west at 10-20 mph. As we head into the afternoon, highs will remain in the low 40s with a mix of sunshine and clouds. Overnight, clouds will clear out and a breeze will keep lows in the mid-20s.
The breeze will begin to calm down Thursday, and there will be a lot of sunshine and highs in the upper 40s for much of the region.
The mild temperatures will last a little longer as the weekend approaches, but there will be increasingly cloudy skies. Highs will top out in the upper 40s again for Friday.
Then, stray showers will move in Saturday and bring the possibility of some snow flurries heading into Sunday.
