A thug who slashed three pubgoers in the face following an ‘innocuous’ comment about trainers has had an appeal against his sentence rejected.
Connor Dillon’s victims had all been drinking in the Beehive pub in Droylsden Tameside , on February 28, this year before the ‘disturbing’ knife attack.
As the three men left the pub, at around 1am in the early hours of the following morning, they passed the ‘crowded’ bar and one of them accidentally bumped into Dillon, court documents state.
“F****** hell mate, watch my trainers”, the man said, which he claimed was said ‘in a joking manner.’
