Connor Saul scored the lone goal in the first half, powering second-seeded Middletown South, No. 18 in the NJ.com Top 20, to a 1-0 victory over third-seeded Northern Burlington in Middletown.
Luke Strada was credited with the assist, while Carson Perry contributed two saves to secure the shutout.
Middletown South dominated possession throughout the match, outshooting Northern Burlington 8-2.
Middletown South (15-3-1) will visit top-seeded Colts Neck in the championship round on Friday.
Northern Burlington fell to 14-6-1 on the season.
