A new white-collar terror module of Jaish-e-Mohammed has been exposed behind the blast near Red Fort in Delhi on November 10. This module included doctors, professors, and female members who were in direct contact with Pakistani handlers.

The investigation revealed that this network was operating under the guise of medical professions and educational institutions, and was linked to several areas including Faridabad in Haryana, Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir, and Saharanpur in UP. It began with a wedding in Saharanpur on October 4, 37 days before the blast. Subsequently, the network started preparing posters threatening soldiers, weapons, explosives, and funding networks.
