Bengaluru: Panic spread through a private school in the Anekal area of Bengaluru on Tuesday morning after a loud explosion was heard from the boys’ toilet. However, police later confirmed that the incident was not a bomb blast but a prank involving firecrackers set off by students.
According to officials, the sound of the explosion caused alarm among students and teachers, especially as it came just days after a minor blast was reported near the Red Fort in New Delhi. Teachers immediately evacuated the area, and police teams rushed to the school to investigate.
