CLEVELAND, Ohio — The Guardians have filled one vacancy on their coaching staff, but they still have one more to go.

On Wednesday, Cleveland hired Andy McKay, Seattle’s assistant general manager, as their major league new field coordinator. He’ll replace Kai Correa, who left at the end of the season to be the bench coach for the Mets.

The Guardians still need to hire a bench coach to replace Craig Albernaz, who was recently named manager of the Baltimore Orioles.
