Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Wednesday announced the extension of the historic Bali Jatra in Cuttack by one day.
Originally scheduled to conclude on Wednesday, the fair will now continue till Thursday, November 13. ADVERTISEMENT
The Chief Minister said the decision to extend the historic festival was taken keeping in mind the enthusiasm of the general public and the business interests of traders participating in the fair.
The extension aims at allowing more visitors to experience the fair and provide traders with additional opportunities to showcase their products,.
