It appears there's disappointing news for devotees of the medical drama Malpractice, as reports suggest ITV has chosen to 'shelve' the programme with no intentions for its return. ‌

The series initially debuted in 2023 and achieved the highest-watched premiere episode for a new drama on the channel, drawing 6.7 million viewers over a 28-day period. ‌

Earlier this year, audiences were delighted when the programme returned for its second run, plunging them back into the chaos of the West Yorkshire medical facility. ‌
