CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Our “taste of winter” has pretty much come to an end.

Aside from a few snowflakes or some graupel mixing with a few lake effect showers early Wednesday, we’re gradually warming back into the 50s through the end of the work week.

By Wednesday, high temperatures will return to the mid 40s! With a westerly steering wind, a few lake effect rain showers will be possible east of Cleveland. Winds will remain gusty with some gusts topping 35 mph through the course of the day.

Breezy conditions linger Thursday as sunny skies take hold.

A quieter weather pattern will hold us through the end of the work week.

By this weekend, we are tracking our next system to arrive late Saturday night.
