The NBA announced the 75th All-Star Game will showcase a new format with two United States teams and one World team.
The league scheduled the three-team round robin tournament for February 15, 2026, at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California, home of the Los Angeles Clippers.
The event will feature four 12-minute contests. Two teams will play in the opener. The third team will then face the winner and later the loser. The championship game will decide the top two teams based on records or point differential.
Each team will include at least eight players. The league will select 24 All-Stars overall—12 from each conference. Fans will cast 50 per cent of the vote for starters. Players and a media panel will contribute 25 per cent each. NBA head coaches will choose the reserves.
