Authorities in Newark are asking for the public’s help in finding 56-year-old Tracine D. Hampton, who has been missing since late August.

According to Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr., Ms. Hampton was last seen on August 28, 2025, at Newark Penn Station.

She is described as 5’6” tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with a noticeable burn mark on her left arm.

At the time she disappeared, she was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, a blue scarf, and black sneakers.

Ms. Hampton, a Newark resident without a permanent address, is known to frequent the Newark Penn Station area.

Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to contact the Newark Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS ( 1-877-695-8477 ).
