Va.-based fund buys Monroe's Oak Hill in bid for new park

Oak Hill, the 19th-century estate of President James Monroe near Leesburg, is now in the hands of a nonprofit organization that is intensifying its push in the next General Assembly session to turn the 1,240-acre property into a state park.
