Becker County judge to weigh restitution arguments in Nicole Mitchell burglary case

Former state Sen. Nicole Mitchell's restitution hearing is set for Wednesday in Becker County, where, in July, a jury convicted Mitchell on two felony burglary counts for breaking into her stepmother’s home on April 22, 2024.
