Charges have been dropped against the founder of a Cincinnati nonprofit who's also running for Congress.

Court records show the city of Cincinnati asked for the charge of aggravated menacing against Rosemary Oglesby-Henry to be dismissed due to a lack of evidence. Advertisement

Oglesby-Henry was arrested in September after former city council candidate Kevin Farmer accused her of pointing a gun at him in a home in Westwood.

Her family said police never found that gun after searching the home. They accused Farmer of making up the story.

Farmer is now facing charges of his own . Prosecutors say he broke into Oglesby-Henry's home earlier this month.

He had previously been charged with assault and domestic violence against her, but she later dropped those charges and ob
