Medical Helicopter Makes Emergency Landing

A MercyOne helicopter had to make an emergency landing Tuesday night after hitting a bird, midflight, according to KIMT. The helicopter struck the bird over Worth County. The crew made a successful emergency landing. There was no patient on board. The pilot and crew were unharmed but the helicopter suffered a shattered windscreen.
