Sir Keir Starmer is expected to address Britain at high noon after rumours of fellow Labour MPs trying to oust him as Prime Minister continue to swirl.

Those classed as allies of the Prime Minister have said Sir Keir is determined to fight any challenges to his position as the leader of the UK.

Wes Streeting, Health Secretary, was alleged to be one of those plotting against the Prime Minister, however, he denied claims of any such actions on BBC Radio 4 this morning (November 12).

It is not clear how many MPs are joining the rebellion, the Daily Star reported.
