OXFORD, Ohio — With three games left in the season, the University of Toledo has a pivotal Week 10 matchup against Miami (Ohio) on Wednesday.

A win keeps the Rockets’ Mid-American Conference championship hopes alive, and a loss effectively eliminates them from contention.

Toledo has not won a road game this season and hasn’t won back-to-back games in Oxford since the 1990 and 1992 seasons. The Rockets, however, are coming off of a dominant victory against Northern Illinois in which quarterback Tucker Gleason had a season-high 309 passing yards.

Miami enters the game having suffered its first MAC loss at the hands of Ohio last week. The RedHawks currently sit in a four-way tie for first in the MAC and are 3-1 at home this season.
