Geno Auriemma's squad is still undefeated, with dominant wins over No. 20 Louisville and Florida State so far. In the the Huskies' 99-67 win over the Seminoles, phenoms Azzi Fudd and Sarah Strong contributed 23 and 21 points, respectively.

Unranked Loyola Chicago has also snagged a couple of wins over North Central and Milwaukee, but the Wolves dropped their first loss to Green Bay
