A 24 hour long yellow rain warning has been issued by Coventry and Warwickshire . The Met Office official warning comes into force at 6am on Friday (November 14) and lasts until 6am on Saturday morning (November 15).
There has been heavy rain across our area over the past 48 hours but, from tomorrow night (November 13), a band of 'prolonged and heavy' rain is set to sweep in. It could lead to possible flooding meteorologists have warned.
The official yellow warning is in place across large parts of the country but it states that the Midlands region, which includes our area, could be among the hardest hit by the downpours.
