A man has refuted charges of murdering Lostprophets lead singer and convicted sex offender Ian Watkins at HMP Wakefield last month.

Watkins was serving a 29-year sentence at the prison, infamously known as "Monster Mansion", after being found guilty of severe child sex offences, including attempted rape of an infant.

The disgraced vocalist was arrested following the execution of a drugs warrant at his Pontypridd residence on 21 September 2012, when a significant number of computers, mobile phones and storage devices were confiscated.

Analysis of these devices revealed Watkins' depraved actions.
