The Metro Planning Commission is slated to vote Nov. 13 on rezonings to allow for three mixed-use projects, including one related to the former Starwood Amphitheatre site.

According to a planning department document, an entity affiliated with New York-based investment management giant Blackstone Inc. will seek an amendment to the specific plan zoning in place for the ex-Starwood site.
