The family of a man who died in a bin lorry crash have paid tribute to the beloved dad-of-three.

Andzie Stanik, known as Stan, was killed when the council vehicle lost control and ploughed into the property in Leominster on Tuesday, November 11. His "utterly heartbroken" family said in a statement he had worked as a binman for 25 years and they were "struggling to comprehend" how he was "cruelly" taken away.

Andzie, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene of the horror smash which occurred during the morning rounds at around 6.40am. Two other people were left seriously injured and required hospital treatment.
