After staying up late Monday night to watch the Eagles’ 10-7 win over the Packers in Green Bay, 89-year-old Dick Vermeil was up early Tuesday for an appearance in Trenton.
The legendary former Eagles coach and class of 2022 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee was selected by the Salvation Army Trenton Corps as the Community Partner of the Year Award recipient. He’ll receive the award Nov. 21 at the organization’s annual Christmas Gala dinner.
