Sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein wrote that Donald Trump “spent hours at my house” with one of Mr. Epstein’s victims and “knew about the girls,” in e-mails released by congressional Democrats.

The U.S. President has claimed that he knew nothing of the activities of Mr. Epstein, a wealthy financier and former friend of Mr. Trump’s who died in prison by suicide in 2019 while awaiting a second trial for trafficking underage girls.

On Wednesday, Democrats on the House Oversight Committee published three e-mail exchanges in which Mr. Epstein appeared to suggest that Mr. Trump was aware of what Mr. Epstein was doing.
