LOS ANGELES - Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department are responding to reports of a person with a rifle in downtown Los Angeles Wednesday morning.

SkyFOX is over the scene at an apartment complex located in the 900 block of Broadway where a large police presence and several patrol vehicles are visible.

According to police, someone called 911 around 5:30 a.m. to report they heard multiple gunshots coming from the sixth floor of the building.
