Tata Power has made two big announcement post Q2 FY26 Results. Company's MD & CEO Dr. Praveer Sinha talked about the company’s Q2 results and bold expansion plans. The company posted a 14% YoY profit rise to ₹1,245 crore, revenue up 3% at ₹15,700 crore, and EBITDA growth of 6%. Sinha reveals plans to set up India’s largest 10 GW solar wafer and ingot manufacturing plant, completing the company’s solar value chain under the “Make in India” mission. He also outlines progress on the ₹13,000 crore, 1,125 MW Dorjilung Hydro Project in Bhutan, and strong performance from Odisha Discoms and rooftop solar. With renewable capacity poised to touch 10 GW by FY27, Tata Power is gearing up for a stronger, greener future.
