NEW YORK (WABC) -- It's back to the big screen for Glenn Powell.
This time he's running for his life in a bold and entertaining new adaptation of Stephen King's 1982 novel, "The Running Man."
The film asks uncomfortable questions like, what are we willing to watch, to ignore, and how far will a society go for the sake of entertainment?
Powell is taking on the role once played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"Getting 'The Expendables 3,' you know, over a decade ago put me in the company of some of the greatest action stars of all time. I got to, obviously, be a part of 'Top Gun: Maverick' cast and amazing ensemble and get to learn from some of the best filmmakers and actors around," Powell said.
He compared his experience in movies so far to going to film school.
