MASON CITY, Iowa — The North Iowa Corridor Joint Comprehensive Plan received the prestigious Daniel Burnham Award for a Comprehensive Plan from the Iowa Chapter of the American Planning Association. The plan, a collaborative effort between Mason City, Clear Lake, Cerro Gordo County, and the North Iowa Corridor Economic Development Corporation, was developed with RDG Planning & Design.
