The Grace College women's basketball team has been scoring with ease this season, but the Lancers took it to a record level on Tuesday night, Nov. 11.

The Grace program set a women's college basketball record for points in a game in its 172-91 win over Ohio Christian. Two teams — Grambling (NCAA) in 2024 and Oklahoma Baptist (NAIA) in 1995 — scored 159 points.

The Lancers passed their previous record for points in a game (118) before the end of the third quarter. They made 58.1% of their shots from the field and just 26.3% (10 of 38) of their 3-pointers, but they forced 42 Ohio Christian turnovers and made 40 of 44 free throws.
