A Queens resident has claimed a $3 million top prize on the New York Lottery’s VIP Millions scratch-off game, lottery officials announced.
Maung OO of Elmhurst chose to receive a one-time lump sum payment totaling $1,322,442 after required withholdings, according to officials.
The winning ticket was purchased at Gorkha Café and Deli, located at 86-22 Queens Blvd. in Elmhurst.
As of this writing, all top prizes on the Multiplier Craze ticket have been claimed. Valid lower-tier prizes may be cashed through Aug. 7, 2026. Players can check the status of any New York Lottery scratch-off game by downloading the Game Report at nylottery.ny.gov.
