With the Xbox Game Pass receiving a lot of criticism over recent months, it seems as though Microsoft is aiming to earn back some brownie points with this AAA freebie.

The past few months has seen Microsoft repel Xbox users by announcing major price increases for its Xbox Game Pass subscription service.

Additionally, with many AAA no longer being added to the service as a day-one release, millions of users have taken to social media to share the news that they would be cancelling their long-running memberships.
